The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) is a board of five members who are appointed by the City Council and serve two-year terms. This board will hear requests for special exceptions, variances to the terms of the zoning ordinances, and and other authorized matters. The ZBA may also hear appeals that allege an error in a decision made by an administrative official in the enforcement of the ordinances.
